These terms cover use of Aurevia OS by Aurevia and by the clients whose business data is processed in an engagement. They are a working draft for an AI operations consultancy. They are not a substitute for a signed statement of work.

The service

Aurevia OS stores discovery material, produces evidence-backed recommendations, and can run approved automations against systems the client connects, including Google. Outputs are decision support. The client remains responsible for how the business operates and for reviewing anything before it is sent to a customer or employee.

Client data

The client keeps ownership of the business data it provides. Aurevia may process that data to deliver the engagement, including sending relevant excerpts to an AI model to extract evidence, draft a report, or run a configured capability. Client business data is not sold and is not used to train general AI models.

Connected accounts

Connecting Google authorizes only the scopes shown on the consent screen. Aurevia uses those scopes for the feature the user enabled. Disconnecting a connection revokes the stored credential.

Acceptable use

Do not upload data you do not have permission to share. Do not use the product to send deceptive messages, to access another client's workspace, or to bypass an approval that a deployment requires.
