Privacy

Aurevia OS is the operating system for Aurevia, an AI operations consultancy. We process a client's business data so we can diagnose how the company runs, recommend operating changes, and run the automations the client asks us to connect.

What we collect

Account email and password for people we invite. Client business records the workspace uploads or types in: call transcripts, documents, intake answers, contacts, findings, proposals, and engagement notes. Technical logs that record who exported data, connected an integration, or approved an action. We do not buy contact lists.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Aurevia OS uses that data only to provide the feature you turned on, such as creating a Gmail draft, reading a Sheet you selected, creating a Drive file, or writing a Calendar event. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train general AI models. We do not use it for advertising.

Aurevia OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a private Supabase project with row-level security so one workspace cannot read another. Connection secrets are encrypted. Source files sit in a private storage bucket. Access to the internal app is limited to allowlisted emails. Client portal roles, when enabled, are scoped to one client.

Retention and deletion

Raw transcripts and uploaded files are kept for 12 months after the engagement closes, unless the workspace sets a different period for that client. When the period ends, a scheduled job deletes those files and transcript segments. Evidence statements, findings, and reports are kept so the engagement record remains usable. You can export a client as a zip from the client page before anything is removed.

How to request deletion

Email sawyer@aureviaventures.co from the address on the account and name the client or the Google connection to remove. We delete or export the workspace data you identify, and we revoke stored Google tokens when you disconnect that account.
